Nice clip showing some scuba diving highlights in Zanzibar off the east coast of Tanzania in the Indian Ocean. The first part of this video, while a bit dark, does have the best fish - I think I even saw a frogfish! If you stick it out to the end, you'll see a friendly turtle too...
